Red Ribbon's Chocolate Mousse aaaawwweeesssooommmmeeenessss.
Eating more frequently in the bureaucracy, so I'm kind of prejudice. I think both are good cake. The two are different than in the variety, texture and taste, but Goldilocks is not bad. I think that Goldilocks is more for the masses, so most of their cakes to fill more (for me), but seems less "Saussy" in front of the red tape.
I love Goldilocks and Mocha Chiffon Cake Rainbow Cake.
* I miss the old bureaucracy.
Definitely Chocolate Mousse red tape. Even if I'm allergic to chocolate, I can not resist eating a piece of cake. Trust me! Goldilocks? Ew! Their cakes are high in the air and food coloring. You do not like the quality you pay for this feeling is the main reason to choose to Red Tape! Absolutely the best confectionery in the whole Philippines!

It is normal to come home to me, Red Ribbon, Goldilocks, despite the strong second. Go here in Houston, (we Ribbon Gold - Pwede pass the Great), but not as good as what we have back home.
Listed, my favorite is the mango cake! Yummy!
Red Ribbon is more expensive and delicious.i for the love of sweet milk and mango tart and chocolate mousse! lol i love them all!
