I would like a link that can take me off too quickly in and out. Relationship flows are my best option? Do we need special shoes? What do you think of these links in general?

From what I saw on the slopes above the speed links are not all that much less than normal connections. They are a bit faster, but not so quickly that really make a difference in the day.
